Testing Program
Multiple Assessment tests are administered to grades three through eight in early spring. The basic purpose of this battery of tests is to provide information for use in making educational decisions leading to the improvement of instruction in the basic skills. The basic skills tested are: reading, math, science, social studies, language arts and reference skills. Parents receive reports following the return of results to the school. Assistance in interpretation is assured through student and parent conferences when requested. St. John Neumann students place well above the average norms in national comparisons of standardized testing.
